Rockchip RK3576 PCBA Manufacturers

Dingchang can activate multiple SMT and PCBA production lines across its Guangzhou and Hunan factories for large-scale mass production of RK3576 PCBA motherboards. Currently, three RK3576 motherboards are in mass production: one standard RK3576 motherboard with a PCBA size of 150*104*21mm another RK3586 development board with a PCBA size of 15010421mm, and a final RK3576 SOM core board module measuring 82*50*4.8mm。

1. Introduction to Standard RK3576 Motherboard   

• The standard RK3576 motherboard offers strong versatility and high cost-effectiveness, priced at only 1/3 of the RK3588.   

• Supports Android 14 and Debian 12 development environments.   

• Can drive LVDS/MIPI DSI 1080P screens, 4K 120Hz HDMI screens, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, and 1x POE power supply.   

• Supports expansion of 4G IoT SIM modules, 4x USB ports, 7x serial ports (2x optional RS485), 19x GPIO inputs/outputs, 1x I2C, 1x CAN, and onboard hardware watchdog.   

• Features power switch/standby control and upgrade button functions.

2. Introduction to RK3576 Development Board   

• The development board consists of an SOM core board and an expansion backplane (carrier board).   

• Features 3x D/CPHY_RX MIPI CSI-2 camera interfaces supporting up to 4K 60FPS.   

• Includes M.2 5G and M.2 NVME 2280 high-speed SSD expansion.   

• Built-in CAN industrial protocol for friendly industrial application development.   

• Equipped with a RECOVERY one-click factory reset function for easy testing and debugging.   

• PCB bare board (unassembled) size: 160*102*1.6mm.   

• PCBA board size: 150*104*21mm.   

• PCB layers: 4 layers.

3. Introduction to SOM RK3576 Core Board Module   

The SOM RK3576 core module features a 314-pin golden finger interface, suitable for consumer and commercial product development.  

Maximum configuration: 16GB+128GB.  

Newly adapted to Android 14 and Debian 12 development environments, compatible with Dingchang’s RK3576 backplane expansion boards.  

PCB bare board (unassembled) size: 82*50*1.2mm.  

PCBA board size: 82*50*4.8mm.  

PCB layers: 8 layers.
