How much does it cost to develop an ARM industrial control motherboard?

Dingchang has some major customers withmotherboard solutions and some channel customers with customization needs. Theapproximate cost ranges from 80,000 to 100,000 yuan, which covers several majoritems including R&D finalization, circuit board design, PCB prototyping,PCBA assembly (including SMT and through-hole insertion), PCBA testing, and APPtesting. It is expected that the development and delivery of the finished boardwill take 30 to 45 working days.

Other development details include: theselection of the main control for the industrial control motherboard(commercial grade or industrial grade), the number of network ports, 4G/5G modules, whether the MIPI CSI interface uses connectors or flexible flatcables, SATA, CAN, LVDS, HDMI, driver development, the number of reserved USBinterfaces, GPIO, as well as the choice of operating systems - whether it is aspecified Android system (the latest is the Android 14 RK3576 solution), Ubuntusystem (the latest is the Ubuntu 22.04 RK3588S solution), domestic Galaxy kylin v10 sp1 operating system (reference model: DC_A588), domestic starkylin system(reference model: DC_A566), or the latest OpenHarmonyOS board (reference model:DC_A568), etc. Dingchang has complete system solutions for all these options.
