RK3566 Resistive Touch Screen Industrial Development Board

Dingchang's RK3566 general industrialcontrol development board supports general LVDS small and medium-sized screensby default, and can also be connected to a USB interface resistive touchscreen. The on-screen enable can be selected as 3.3V/5V/12V. The motherboardhas a large number of built-in screen parameters, which can directly light upmost original screens, module screens, and assembled screens on the market.

At present, many industrial computers with4:3 screens, HMI upper computer equipment such as industrial automationequipment, and old-fashioned cash register POS equipment still have a largenumber of resistive touch screens. There is still a certain market demand forthem. Their advantages are that they are relatively durable and can withstand acertain amount of external pressure. The disadvantages are that they require alittle force to click (press) the screen, they are all single-point touchscreens, and after installing a resistive touch screen, the brightness of theentire screen will be reduced somewhat. It is recommended to deploy themindoors.

Resistive touch screens are generally matched with LVDS LCD screens with not too high resolutions. 1024X768 and 800X600 are common resolutions.
