What is the manufacturing process of the new Allwinner A527?

As a long-term partner of Allwinner chips,Dingchang has currently developed the DC_A527 motherboard based on the newAllwinner A527 general-purpose application chip. The CPU processor adopts the22nm HPC manufacturing process. The processor package type is ED-FCCSP/FCCSP(Flip Chip Chip Scale Package), with a package size of 17mm x 17mm, a ballcount of 660 balls, a ball pitch of 0.5mm, and a ball size of 0.3mm.

Dingchang's A527 motherboard makes full useof the characteristics of the A527 chip, resulting in a powerful motherboard with complete interfaces.

1. CPU core specifications: Composed of 8cores: 4xA55 cores at 2.0GHz + 4xA55 cores at 1.4GHz, forming 8 cores intotal.  

2. Display specifications: Standardlyintegrated with 4 complete display interfaces: LVDS 1080P, EDP 1080P, MIPI DSI1080P, and HDMI 4K, supporting dual-screen simultaneous display and differentdisplay features. Note: LVDS is EDP1.3 version, MIPI DSI is 1.02 version, and HDMI is HDMI2.0 TX interface version.  

3. GPU performance: High-performance G57MC01 GPU, supporting graphics APIs such as OpenGL ES 3.2/2.0/1.1, Vulkan1.1/1.2/1.3, and OpenCL 2.2. It supports 10BIT HDR, 4K@30fps H265 decoding,4K@60fps H264 decoding, and 4K@25fps decoding.

4. ISP capability: Can connect up to 8-megapixel 30fps cameras.  

5. Network specifications: 100M Ethernet,dual-band 2.4/5G WIFI, 4G CAT1/CAT4.  

6. USB interfaces: 6 USB interfaces,including 1 USB3.0 OTG interface.  

7. 4 serial ports: 3 TTL serial ports (2can be optionally configured as RS232 serial ports, 1 can be optionallyconfigured as RS485), and 1 TTL debugging serial port.  

8. GPIO interfaces: 5 GPIO input/output interfaces.  

9. POE interface: 1 POE Ethernet power supply interface.  

10. I2C interface: 1 I2C interface fortouch, communication, etc.  

11. Other optional functions: Timed poweron/off, hardware watchdog, infrared reception, infrared remote control poweron.  

12. System support: Android 13 operating system.  

13. Business applications: Smart home, HMI human-machine interface, thin clients, Android industrial computers,advertising players, etc.
