Compact Board Capable of Running Linux with HDMI 8K Output

Dingchang's mid-to-high performance RK3588S board (B588S) supports a variety of systems, such as Android 12, Ubuntu 2004 Linux system, and the domestic legitimate commercial Linux distribution KylinV10SP1. It provides 1 channel of 8K HDMI 2.1 output, and the PCBA size of the board is compact, only 103*66*13mm.

This B588S motherboard is positioned by Dingchang as an ultra-small commercial display board, suitable for developing all-in-one machines, industrial control all-in-ones and other complete equipment. It has relatively high-end performance, with a built-in NPU of 6TOPSAI computing power. Dingchang's newly developed AI algorithm API platform supports the deployment and development of common visual CV models and AIvoice, providing demo references, such as YOLOv10, YOLOv8, YOLOv8-seg,YOLOv8-obb, YOLOv8-pose, YOLOv7, v6, v5,YOLOv5-seg, YOLO World, YOLOX, Whisper,PPOCR_V4, Chip,PPYOLOE, PPseg, RetinaFace, LPRNet,DeepLabV3, Lite_transformer,Yamnet, Resnet, Mobilenet, etc.

In terms of interface function expansion:it supports 1 channel of Gigabit Ethernet, 1 M.2 socket for expanding 2242 PCIEM.2 solid-state drives, and supports MIPI camera input. The ISP capability of RK3588S reaches 48 million, which is on a par with RK3588 boards.

In terms of screen support: as mentioned earlier, it supports 8K HDMI output, and there is also a 4K MIPI DSI outputinterface. It supports medium and large screens as well as small screens well,making screen selection quite flexible.
