1. Quotation Based on SMT Manufacturability Assessment:
Conduct a manufacturability assessment of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) mounting, and based on the information provided by the client the factory will provide a quotation.

2. Contract Signing after Business Communication:
After business communication, both parties confirm the cooperation and sign a contract.

3. clients's Provision of Processing Materials and Manufacturer's Review:
The client provides processing materials. After the client completes the product design, they should hand over engineering documents such as Gerber files and BOM (Bill of Materials) lists to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will assign specialized process personnel to review and confirm these documents, and assess key points such as stencil printing, SMT mounting processes, and through - hole insertion processes.

4. Material Procurement, Inspection and PMC Scheduling:
Material procurement and inspection. After the materials are prepared, production scheduling will be carried out according to the PMC (Production and Material Control) plan.

5. SMT and DIP Processing with Quality Inspection:
SMT mounting processing and DIP (Dual In - line Package) insertion processing. During the in - line production and processing of materials, quality inspection will be carried out after processes such as SMT mounting, reflow soldering, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), DIP insertion, and wave soldering.

6. Quality Inspection and Defect Repair by Quality Department:
Quality inspection by the Quality Department. The Quality Department will conduct spot - checks on some products or a full inspection. If defective products are found, they will be repaired.

7. Packaging, Transportation and After-sales Service:
Packaging, transportation, and after - sales service. Packaging and transportation should be carried out after the quality inspection of all products in the production and processing stage. Anti - static packaging bags will be used for packaging. If the client has special requirements, the packaging will be carried out according to the clients's needs, and after - sales service will be tracked.
