Dingchang Electronics has 14 fully automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) placement production lines, and it can undertake processing orders of more than 50,000 pieces per month.

We are proficient in placing high-precision components, such as BGA with a ball pitch of 0.5mm, 0402/0201 resistors and capacitors. The daily production capacity can reach 28 million placement points.

The high-precision Android smart motherboards developed by ourselves are also produced on our own production lines. OEM/ODM orders from cooperative clients are welcome. Advanced chip mounters and inspection equipment:

SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) automatically checks the printing results to see if there are issues such as bridging, insufficient solder, or misalignment. Whether the reflow oven temperature setting for each type of board meets the reflow profile welding requirements of each test point is also verified.
