Functions:
It is an international high-speed in-line AOI, equipped with high-speed intelligent cameras and a new generation of light source system. The images are more delicate and the detection speed is faster, which is 40% faster than the previous generation products. It can effectively meet the requirements of international high-speed production lines. In order to solve the problem that irregularly shaped boards cannot accurately reach the loading position, it can be used in multiple positions such as after printing, before the furnace, and after the furnace, serving multiple purposes with one machine.

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) is an intelligent visual inspection of the production of printed circuit boards. All catastrophic failures (such as component breakage) and quality failures can be automatically scanned by sensors. It is practically helpful for improving the durability of circuit boards PCB and PCBA.

Functions:
For the PCBA to be subjected to the first article inspection, the inspection program is automatically generated by integrating the BOM list, coordinates, and the high-definition scanned image of the first article. It can quickly and accurately detect components, automatically determine the results, and generate a first article report, achieving the purpose of improving production efficiency and accuracy, and enhancing quality control at the same time.

Actual Measurement Results:
Since the intelligent first article inspection instrument was put into use last year, the production line has submitted the first articles for inspection more than 4,000 times. The intelligent first article inspection instrument has detected about 30 errors in the first articles, with a detection error rate of 100%. It has successfully prevented batch quality incidents caused by errors in the first articles.

Manual Visual Inspection

Functions:
Conduct manual visual inspection on the detection area of the PCB circuit board, which depends entirely on the experience of the workers.

Actual Measurement Results:
After the first PCBA is mounted, inspect the position of the components to check whether they are correctly placed.
It can detect issues such as missing component installation, wrong polarity, bridging, and some cold soldering situations.
